Trauma-informed support for young people aged 16–25. Delivered through referral or self-referral, with free cohort places available throughout the year.
Free · Referral Based
01
Therapeutic Intervention
One-to-one and group therapeutic support delivered by qualified practitioners. We work with young people processing trauma, grief, anxiety, and complex emotional experiences — meeting them where they are.
Individual & Group Sessions
03
Psychoeducation
Understanding yourself is one of the most powerful tools you can have. We help young people make sense of their own minds — how trauma affects the brain, how emotions work, and how to develop healthier coping strategies.
Workshops · Learning Sessions

Integration & Stabilisation
Referral Based
Structured resettlement and transitional support for young people leaving prison, care, or correction facilities — helping them rebuild stability, identity, and a sense of future.
01
Prison & Custody Leavers
Transitional therapeutic and mentoring support for young people leaving prison or youth offender institutions. We address the emotional, social, and practical cliff-edge that too many young people fall from — helping them build a stable foundation before and after release.
Post-Custody Support
02
Care & Residential Leavers
Dedicated support for young people leaving the care or residential system — addressing the emotional complexity of that transition and helping them build safe, healthy foundations. Because leaving should never mean leaving support behind.
Care Experienced · 16–25
