About the event
Realities & Ripple Effects is a 6-week, trauma-informed programme designed for young people aged 14–25 who have been affected by life’s challenges — including trauma, violence, loss, peer pressure or emotional stress.
This is not a typical workshop.
It’s a safe, relatable space where young people can talk openly, reflect honestly, and begin to understand how their experiences shape their thoughts, emotions and decisions.
Each session explores real-life scenarios and the ripple effects they create — not just in the moment, but across friendships, families, futures and communities.
