Therapeutic Intervention
Specialising in aftercare for young people impacted by trauma
Our core team is made up of experienced therapeutic and mental health professionals who offer more than just clinical expertise — they bring lived experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of trauma and well-being.
We specialise in aftercare for young people affected by trauma, violence, exploitation, and emotional hardship. Through therapeutic interventions, creative expression, and mentoring, we walk with them toward healing, hope, and reclaiming life.
Through innovative design we are proud to offer our "Paint your person service" as part of our 6 month programme.

Did you know?
Studies show that young people exposed to or victimized by violence experience heightened risks of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and sleep disorders. These mental health challenges not only arise immediately but can persist, influencing educational performance, social relationships, and future economic prospects
In the year ending March 2024, police recorded about 50,510 knife crimes in England and Wales, marking a 4% increase from the previous year
Victims of knife crime often experience long-term mental health consequences, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety. A study found that 11% of assault victims developed PTSD, with higher rates among those threatened (19%) and witnesses of assaults (36%)
Research indicates that approximately two-thirds of knife crime offenders have mental health issues. Factors such as adverse childhood experiences, poor mental health, and exposure to violence are associated with youth involvement in knife crime.
Parent Support
Being the parent of a young person comes with so many challenges and complexities. There is no "one size fits all" and no manual.
They say "it takes a village to raise a child" and that is true. There is no village but a whole lot of external influences raising our kids and they can become unrecognisable.
We are here to offer you a non judgemental and safe space to get support for yourself, your young person and wider family.
We have a range of support on offer.
